Meet The Staff
Sophie
Sophie is the owner of Beautiful Dogs Pershore Ltd and has been grooming professionally for 14 years. Sophie attended Pershore College and completed her Animal Management Level 3 Certificate. Sophie holds the City and Guilds level 3 Diploma for Professional Dog Grooming Stylists. She owns a Toy Poodle called Narla and a Miniature Poodle called Bean, they both come to work at the salon most of the time. Sophie holds a First Aid For Pets Certificate. Sophie competed in the British Dog Grooming Championships in 2014 and came 3rd in the newcomers groups for Hand-stripping. Sophie enjoys grooming Poodles, Bedlington's, Schnauzers and Westies. In her spare time, Sophie enjoys Drawing, Baking, gaming and going to the gym.
Alena
Alena has been working in the salon for 10 years now. She has been a Director of the company since October 2025. She works full time and has completed her apprenticeship to become a stylist. She then went on to complete her Level 2 Dog Grooming Assistant Certificate. Alena owns a Jack Russell called Jacko, she has also rescued 2 Shih tzus called Oakley and Timmy. She also holds a First Aid For Pets Certificate. Alena enjoys grooming Terrier breeds such as Schnauzers and Wire Haired Fox Terriers. She has a calm and patient nature and handles reactive dogs with confidence and care. Alena enjoys Beach trips and long dog walks. Alena also likes helping out at the local rescue kennels in her spare time.
Estie
Estie has been with us for about 2 years. Estie is currently a grooming assistant at the salon and is responsible for bathing, drying, brushing and prepping dogs for being groomed. She has completed her Level 2 City and Guilds Dog Grooming assistant. She is currently completing her Level 3 City and Guilds Dog Grooming course and will be qualified by June this year. Estie has a very calm and gentle nature when handling dogs so dogs feel at ease in her company. Estie enjoys grooming Spaniels, Labradors, Rottweilers and Bernese Mountain Dogs. Estie owns a Sproodle called Maddie. In her spare time, Estie likes baking, going to coffee shops and dog walks.
Kim
Kim has been working in the salon for 3 years. She has 5 years experience in dog grooming. Kim holds a Level 2 Animal Management qualification and a Level 3 Animal Management qualification. Kim has 2 Jack Russel's called Meg and Gem. Kim enjoys grooming spaniels, Cockerpoos and Jack Russel's. In her spare time, Kim enjoys going for walks, coffee shops and going to the gym.
